Here's what working together actually looks like.
Booking a wedding photographer shouldn't feel like a transaction. From our first conversation to the moment your gallery lands in your inbox, I'm with you every step of the way.
Fill out the inquiry form with your date, venue, and a little about your day. I'll review it and reach out within 48 hours. No commitment, no pressure, just the beginning of a conversation.
We'll hop on a quick call, no obligation, to talk through your vision, your day, and whether we're a good fit. This is where I get to hear the details that don't fit in a form.
Once we both feel good about it, I'll send over a contract and a retainer to lock in your date. Your date isn't held until both are signed and received. After that, you're officially booked.
Before your wedding day, we'll spend an hour or two together for your engagement session. It's low-key on purpose, a chance for you to get comfortable in front of the camera and for me to learn how you two move together. Think of it as a warm-up for the main event.
I arrive early, stay present, and stay out of the way. You've trusted me to document your day, so I do exactly that. I'll handle the timeline pressure so you can be fully in the moment. By the end of the night, you won't even remember I was working.
Within 6-8 weeks, your fully edited gallery lands in your inbox via a private, shareable online portal. Every image is colour-graded, retouched, and ready to print. Your gallery comes with a full print release, yours to keep, forever.
Capturing all the best moments during a wedding is important, but making sure you enjoy your day should not be neglected. Because of this, I've curated a set of techniques that allow me to shoot with a photojournalistic style. Combining this with my signature rustic, earthy tones allows you to relax and for me to showcase your best selves for you to look back on 20 years from now.
Rustic and timeless. I pay close attention to skin tones and consistent color across your whole gallery, so every image feels cohesive, and so your photos will still look stunning 20 years from now, not stuck in a passing trend.
Of course! My photojournalistic style combines a repertoire of fun, interactive prompts with capturing candid moments. This allows me to direct you with ease and bring out those beautiful, natural moments. All you have to do is focus on being in love with each other.
Many couples never end up rewatching a 15+ minute highlight film, or don't need their whole ceremony recorded. My hybrid package treats photos as the priority, with a highlight film as an addition that captures emotion still images can't. That said, if you want a full recap of your entire day on film, I work with a few trusted videography partners I'm happy to recommend.
Yes. I offer highlight film-based videography services as well as a premium hybrid coverage package, capturing both photo and video to create a highlight film alongside your full photo gallery.
A good estimate is about 50-100 images per hour. I do not cap the number of photos you receive. I personally cull through every image and deliver all the ones I feel are the best. Every wedding is different, so the final count will vary based on coverage length and the flow of the day.
I do not outsource my editing, so every photo will follow my high quality, signature style. Expect your full gallery within 4-6 weeks, with a sneak peek delivered within 1-2 weeks of your wedding day.
Galleries are delivered through a personalized digital portal. You'll receive a code to download high-resolution, non-watermarked images, perfect for social media sharing or home prints.
Absolutely. I'm based in Toronto but available worldwide. I've photographed weddings as far as Japan and Seattle, and I'd love to travel for yours too. Reach out with your date and location and we'll figure out the details together, including special rates available for elopements.
Most couples book 9-18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (May-October). If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. I occasionally have last-minute availability and would love to make it work.
